Hotline for individual counselling (German)

It is not unusual for social law issues to be so specific that individual advice is required. In these cases, doctors, health care specialists and patients can contact the neuraxWikiphone team.

The team of experts is multidisciplinary and has many years of experience in social law and psychosocial counselling. The experts of the neuraxWikiphone are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10 am to 5 pm. Outside office hours, questions can be asked via e-mail (info@neuraxwiki.de); the consultants will then call you back as soon as possible.

The neuraxWikiphone is a service for doctors and medical professionals, which can also be used by patients and their families. Business cards with the contact data of the wikiphone are available for patients at participating doctors' practices. Doctors who wish to order business cards can do so via neuraxpharm's sales force or directly from neuraxFoundation gGmbH (info@neuraxFoundation.de).
